Mary Taylor Church Goes Green

 It was a chilly grey afternoon for Mary Taylor Memorial United Methodist Church marching in the parade earlier this month but the community was energized and in good spirits with lots of bagpipes, marchers and other fun! We gave out chili dogs, grilled cheese and hot drinks for a couple of hours to parade goers. We also had a collection jar for people to make donations for two Milford families in need: the Heery family who lost their baby last month and the Casey family who had a serious house fire. A total of $1,025 was collected thanks to our wonderful parade goers who stopped by our church lawn. Please join us in prayer that these families can feel the love and support from their community.
