Fall Prevention this Fall

Our Parish Health and Wellness team has invited Hartford Healthcare Site Supervisor and Physical Therapist Christopher Patrick PT, DPT, CSCS to speak on Sunday October 18th from 11:30-12:30PM on the topic of Fall Prevention. All ages welcome to join this helpful and practical talk on how to stay safe, independent and confident this fall! The program is open to all in the greater Milford community and no registration is required. There is no cost to attend.
